Our Year 2 students were introduced to simple First Aid and were equipped with the confidence and ability to help in an emergency.
A team from St John of God ran this ‘Zero, Zero, Zero Hero’ incursion and taught the students about:
- Looking for danger
- Staying safe
- Checking for response
- How to call for an ambulance
- Recognising a paramedic
All of our Kindergarten to Year 2 classes will cover this First Aid during their Health lessons this term.
