Adolescence Unplugged

Maggie Dent’s extensive experience of working with adolescents for more than 30 years has inspired her to create and innovative a dynamic seminar for families, schools and communities to build resilience and connectedness in 12-25 year olds. This seminar explores the shift in raising children to raising adolescents, and what works and what doesn’t.

Allergy Information Evening

Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia together with the National Allergy Strategy will hold an information evening to provide guidance and support for those suffering from severe allergic disease. 

A/Prof Richard Loh (pediatric clinical immunologist) will talk about oral immunotherapy for food allergy. Maria Said, CEO of Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia will also present. There will also be a panel of specialists including an adult immunologist and pediatric immunologist who will be ready to answer questions that you may have.

You will also find out about the National Allergy Strategy food allergy prevention project.
