Our Year 9 students conducted themselves with integrity and diligence on their recent Community Service Day.
The students went on buses to the far reaches of the metro area helping both the environment and those in need. While some cleaned homes and yards of families in crises, other sorted clothes for Good Sammy’s and collected litter for Keep Australia Beautiful.
The students rolled up their sleeves and did what they had to do to get the job done. It is our goal at Swan Christian College, that through these types of Service Learning activities, students will gain a heart for others and a desire to give of their time and talents to make the world a better place.
