To learn from past students who invested in the culture and community of our College is an invaluable opportunity. Ten alumni of Swan Christian College attended our inaugural Alumni Lunch for the Year 10 cohort held at Mulberry Estate.
The lunch was just one of many activities used to help our students grow as part of the Living Well program. In Year 10, the Living Well program follows the theme ‘Vision’ and this excursion gave our students the opportunity to step away from the school environment and reflect on their vision for the next few years ahead. As our Year 10s prepare for their work experience, the lunch provided yet another avenue for students to learn and consider future pathways. It was also an opportunity to mingle with previous students and speak to them in person about their time here and what they learned.
We would like to thank the following former Swan Christian College students who attended the Alumni Lunch to mentor the Year 10s: Rod Manton (Class of 2006), Jack Watson (Class of 2015), Nicholas Gillies (Class of 2015), Belinda Charman (Class of 2019), Ethan Maddocks (Class of 2019), Indiana Edman (Class of 2019), Anneke de Boer (Class of 2018), Matthew Hannah (Class of 2016), Liam Alcock (Class of 2019) and Elise Plaistowe (Class of 2014).
