This Tuesday, 20 August, Swan Christian College celebrated Book Week with creativity and enthusiasm. The Junior School held a lively parade, while the Senior School students dressed up as their favourite book characters. There were many fantastic costumes, including Mary Poppins, characters from 101 Dalmatians, Where’s Wally, Tin Tin, Paddington Bear, Aslan from The Chronicles of Narnia, Jekyll and Hyde, and more.
The Junior School teachers performed The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and Principal Darnelle Pretorius dressed up as Sherlock Holmes. Staff and teachers also joined in the fun, making it a memorable day of book-themed excitement.
