Our Inclusive Education Team is excited to announce the development of the new RISE & SHINE Room in Junior School. This initiative is an extension of our Inclusive Education program, designed to support students who may need additional assistance to fully engage and thrive in the classroom.
The RISE & SHINE Room aims to:
- Enhance engagement, participation, independence, and success in the classroom, helping students reach their full potential.
- Establish predictable routines that offer clarity and consistency for students.
- Build the necessary skills for students to succeed and actively participate in the classroom environment.
To help fund and furnish this important space, we are hosting a Community Movie Night on 9 November, where we will screen Inside Out 2 on the back oval. All funds raised will go towards equipping and furnishing the RISE & SHINE Room, ensuring it provides the best support for our students.
