A reminder to parents that our College photos will be taken on Friday 2 August, Monday 5 August and Tuesday 6 August.
Junior School students
All Junior School students will have their annual College photos taken on Tuesday 6 August (Week 3 of Term 3). Please don’t forget to hand the completed photo order envelope to your child’s teacher prior to Photo Day.
Middle/Senior School students
Middle and Senior School students will have their annual College photos taken on the following days in Term 3:
- Year 11 and Year 12: Friday 2 August (Week 2 of Term 3)
- Year 12 Fun Photo: Friday 2 August (Leavers Jackets required)
- Year 7 – Year 10: Monday 5 August (Week 3 of Term 3)
- STTC and Hospitality students: Monday 5 August (Week 3 of Term 3)
- Student Leadership Team: Monday 5 August (Week 3 of Term 3)
Your child must return this envelope, regardless of whether you are ordering prints or not. The envelope needs to be brought to school on Photo Day. Photos can be ordered online through Fotoworks. The shoot key is printed on the envelope.
Sibling photos
Sibling photos will be taken in the Conference Room on Monday 5 August, and Tuesday 6 August from 7:30am to 8:30am.
Sibling photos need to be ordered prior to Monday 5 August.
To do this, please pick up a sibling photo order envelope from Junior School Student Services and return the envelope with full payment to Junior School Student Services prior to Photo Day. Please refer to the envelope for online order instructions.
Sibling photos are for College students only; other family members or friends are not able to be included in sibling photos.
Dress code
On the day, please ensure correct winter uniform is worn. Where students do not conform to uniform requirements they may either not be allowed to have their photo taken or be excluded from group photographs. Hair should be neat and tidy, must be styled behind the ears and girls must wear plain navy hair ties. Please avoid high or side ponytails, as these will have to be cropped from the photographs.
