Congratulations to Jairus M, Brayden M and Joshua L in Year 5 and their Herne Hill Cub Scout Group.
The group is collecting aluminium cans for Wheelchairs for Kids, who sell the cans to a recycling program. With the funds raised, Wheelchairs for Kids has chairs built and shipped to children in need in developing countries around the world.
The Scout Group has currently collected more than five wool bales of cans, which is enough to build one and a half wheelchairs. If you would like to help with the collection, please call Gane Doyle on 0405 266 861.
