Fenceline Theatre Company’s rendition of Little Women delighted audiences with its intimate and heartwarming portrayal of love, resilience, and sisterhood. Directed by Ms Jane Hille and featuring Swan’s talented Year 11 and 12 students, the four shows held on 17, 18, 22, and 23 April at Maali Mia Theatre were all sold out within days.
Audiences were moved by the students’ performances, with many praising their dedication and skill. One attendee remarked, “Very impressive work by hardworking students! The way they delivered their lines was so enjoyable to watch.” Another exclaimed, “Congratulations on an outstanding production, Ms Hille, cast and crew! Blown away by your ability to remember all those lines!”
In addition to the stellar performances, audiences appreciated the overall production quality. One patron noted, “Great show guys! Well done to everyone for their hard work! We thoroughly enjoyed it!!” Another praised the show as “such a well put together show and the meals were perfect.”
In addition to the outstanding performances, guests enjoyed delicious meals courtesy of the Swan Trade Training Centre Hospitality program. Dishes like Thai Green Chicken Curry and Mushroom Crepes enhanced the overall experience before the show.
