On Wednesday 4th May, Early Learning (KG-Y2) held their annual Mother’s Day celebrations, however this year they did things a little differently!
All mothers were invited to come to a lovely Afternoon Tea hosted in the Swan Café, and to be pampered in classes. Mothers were celebrated and cherished through a variety of activities such as foot massages, having their nails done and many more other fun things like conversations over cookies and milk. Mothers were also showered with hand made gifts and loving words. It was such a special time in for staff and students in Kindergarten through to Year 2 preparing for this day and we hope that all of our wonderful mothers that came along were blessed.
One of the Bible verses that that was displayed on the day, was Prov 31: 25, “Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she smiles at the future”.
