NEAS Results

The NEAS Basketball and Frisbee season has been underway for two weeks and we have had some great results so far. It has been fantastic seeing the kids getting out there playing sport with their friends and representing the College.

We unfortunately did have some washed out fixtures against Holy Cross, however the games against Helena all went ahead.

Our Year 8/9 boys team has started particularly strong winning both of their match ups so far. Our Year 8/9 girls managed to beat Holy Cross and our Year 7 boys team played a great team game to beat Helena College.

Our Senior Boys basketball team had a resounding 84-30 win over Helena College in Round 2 while the Year 10-12 Mixed Ultimate Frisbee team recovered from a half time deficit to salvage a draw against Helena College also.

A reminder that the Top 2 teams from each grade will play off in a Grand Final on either 31 March or 1 April.

Let’s hope we can make as many of those finals as possible and you are of course welcome to come down and support your child for any of the games.
