Year 9 Transition

Last Wednesday was the culmination of the Year 9 Coming of Age program a symbolic handing over of the students from Middle to Senior School.

All School Triathlon

This years triathlon team was one of the strongest teams the College has ever taken to this annual event.

Telstra Kids Digital Explorer Kits Grant

The Information Technology teaching area is happy to announce that the College has received the Telstra Kids Digital Explorer kit grant.

Year 6 Celebration

The Year 6 students will have their celebration evening on Thursday 7 December from 6:00pm in the Maali Mia.

Year 5A Assembly

The 5A assembly celebrated the learning experienced by students over the course of the year, anchored within a strong biblical message.

Protective Behaviours Incursion

Year 4 spent an afternoon learning about Protective Behaviours as part of the Health syllabus, presented by Kristy Sonneman-Smith.

Nursing Home Excursion

The students in Kindy C enjoyed visiting the elderly at the Regis Nursing Home.

First Place at Athletics Carnival

Thanks to our students efforts, Swan Christian College finished in First Place in the A division Athletics Carnival.

Congratulations

Congratulations to Year 5 student Ciara who competed at the Calisthenics State Solo and Duo Championships, with excellent results.

Christmas Hampers

The College is partnering with New Life Welfare and Variety Club to provide hampers for people in need in surrounding Middle Swan suburbs.

Carols by Candlelight

Join us for a relaxed family picnic followed by a festive night of carols and fun.

Art Incursion

Selected Year 6 students had the opportunity to take part in an Art Incursion, learning advanced skills from guest artists.

Aboriginal Legends Virtual Reality Incursion

Our Year 2 students participated in an Aboriginal Myths and Legends Virtual Reality Incursion.

A Miracle in Town: Nativity Play

Please join us for a Nativity Play performed by our Kindy and Pre-Primary students.

Moonlight Recital Tonight

Tonights Moonlight Recital will feature selected students who will present a solo on their instrument.

Instrumental Music Lessons 2018

Please notify us in writing if your child is currently taking instrumental music lessons but you wish to withdraw at the end of 2017.

First Production Great Success

The Final Dress Rehearsal by Jack Frakes was Fenceline Theatre Companys first production and it was well received by the audience.

Big Second-Hand Uniform Sale

Parents can get a great price on second-hand uniforms at the Second-Hand Uniform Sale Fundraiser on Monday 11 December from 2:30 to 4:30pm.

2018 Whole School Production Announced

Years 5-10 auditions for the 2018 whole school production Godspell will take place on Thursday and Friday Week 8 and on Monday Week 9.

2017 Yearbook

We are excited to announce that the 2017 yearbook has arrived! It will be handed out to students on Friday 1 December.
