At Swan we take your trust in us seriously, and always strive to improve learning opportunities for each child — both inside and outside the classroom.

We understand the financial pressures many families are facing and strive to ensure College fees at Swan Christian College are affordable. We work with SCEA to provide quality education while being mindful of the economic climate in WA and aim to keep fees as low as possible.

Will I receive a discount if I settle my fees early in the year?

A discount of 3% is available if the full annual tuition fee is paid on or before 28 February of each year.

Please note that the discount is combined with the sibling discount and applies to the basic tuition costs only. It does not apply to the school development fund or curricular activities such as music tuition, excursions, books, or consumables separately charged by schools during the year.

The full annual fee minus a 3% discount on tuition fees must be received by SCEA on or before the 28th of February for that school year to qualify for the discount.

The discount will be added to your statement after 28 February.

How do I claim a pension discount?

A 15% concession discount on tuition fees may be available if the parents/guardians/fee payers nominated on the enrolment contract hold a current pension card which lists the student(s) as legal dependents. This card must be physically shown to the school each year.

The first statement that you will receive will reflect the basic tuition costs for students for the year. No discounts will be reflected on this statement.

If you are eligible for a discount, we will process the discount to your account and it will reflect on all subsequent statements that you receive that year.

What if my child commences during the school term?

Where a new student commences part way through any term, a pro-rata tuition fee will be calculated. The full School Development Fund applies to children commencing at any time of the year.

What about family discounts?

SCEA Schools offer significant discounts to annual tuition fees for second, third and subsequent children from one family. Kindergarten fees are not subject to sibling discounts. Discounts do not apply to additional charges.

As we approach the end of the first term, we want to take a moment to thank you for your support of our school community in maintaining the quality of education and resources we provide.

We also want to remind you of any outstanding fees that may still be due. We understand that financial obligations can sometimes fall through the cracks, and we appreciate your efforts to ensure that all fees are paid in a timely manner.

For those parents who have already paid their fees, we extend a big thank you. Your timely payment allows us to focus on providing the best possible educational experience for your child and all of our students.

If you do have outstanding fees, we kindly ask that you make payment as soon as possible or set up a payment schedule through Parent Lounge. We understand that financial circumstances may vary, and we are here to work with you to find a solution that works for you and your family.
