On Wednesday 16 February the Senior School Swimming Carnival was held at Baywater Waves Aquatic Centre. The modified carnival had year levels coming and going throughout the day, with our first ever live stream helping staff, students and parents keep up with the action from school or home.
In very hot conditions it was refreshing to get into the water, where swimmers represented their houses with pride. Congratulations to the following students for achieving champion or runner up for their age group:

The overall leader board took shape early in the day and it came down to a competition between Shenton and Mungulu for the winning house. Congratulations to Shenton house who held on for the overall champion house for the second straight year.
I would like to thank the Swan community for being flexible and understanding in making the modified carnival happen. I would also like to give a big thank you to Dr Beck and his Media students for allowing us to have a live stream.
Hopefully next year we can get back to an unrestricted carnival, allowing for more house spirit and participation.
