The Junior School are pleased to announce that we have two very exciting events coming to the Library in Term 3.

Scholastic Book Fair

The Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the Junior School Library in the first and second week of Term 3. This event will enable the students to explore hundreds of new and exciting children’s books and help ignite a passion for reading!

Scholastic Books have provided many titles for you and your child to choose from, and at very reasonable prices there’s sure to be a book for everyone. In addition, a percentage of every purchase goes directly back into the Junior School, which means we can buy more books for the Library or classrooms.

So come along and purchase a book for your child or relative; we look forward to seeing you there.

Dates: 21, 22 and 25 July

Time: 3:00pm – 4:00pm each day

Cash and EFTPOS will be accepted for purchases.

Book Week

Book Week activities will be held in Week 6 of Term 3, 22 to 26 August. The Book Week theme this year is ‘Australia! Story Country’.

As in previous years, we will be having a dress up parade and would love the students to dress up as something related to the theme using ideas either from an Australian book, poem or story written by an Australian author. So get your thinking caps on and start planning!

More details will be made available closer to the date.
