On 17 March, the Year 5 and 6 students travelled to Ron Jose Oval for the WACSSA Cricket Carnival.
It was a nice warm day and the students were excited to start their first game.
The team started off well, winning their first three games to get into the finals. The final game was about to begin and Swan were first up to ball. They kept the score down to 62 runs, and as their turn approached to bat, the boys really stepped up and the first 2 batters put on a score of 40 together.
Congratulations to the team for finishing on a score of 120 runs, and winning the final.
