Our Year 12 English students had to research, design and create their own Infographics informing an audience about a health issue facing Australia today. Along comes COVID-19.
Their brief was to inform, persuade, or challenge the Swan Christian College community to practice safe physical distancing and hygiene measures to help prevent the spread of the virus. As this unit involved the study of political cartoons, some students chose to use the narrative of political satire to highlight the dangers of misinformation during the pandemic.
