Despite 40°C heat and a pancake machine not holding up to the task, the Year 9 Business students made $84 in 30mins for the Light up Ahead school and learned many business lessons.
The class was given the task to start and run a small business, so they split up into four groups and each group ran a business activity on Tuesday 3 December at lunchtime.
They sold pancakes, snacks and teats, and ran lunchtime activities.
All proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards projects at the Light Up Ahead School in Kantolomba, Zambia.
